Professional Experience

Chelsea Silvia is an associate at Reiner & Reiner, P.A. and assists both individual and corporate clients in a wide range of complex civil litigation and transactional matters. Her practice areas include Federal and State business transactions and litigation, condominium disputes, landlord/tenant law, PACA, FLSA and appellate work. In 2015, Ms. Silvia was recognized by the Daily Business Review as Most Effective Lawyer in Appellate Advocacy.

Awards and Recognitions

Ms. Silvia’s publications include, Social Media in the Sunshine: Discovery and Ethics of Social Media – Florida’s Right to Privacy Should Change the Analysis, which was published in 2013 in the St. Thomas Law Review, and in 2014, her article, A Pathway to the Legal Profession, was published in in the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review. In June of 2020 “Super Lawyers” magazine for Florida 2020 recognized Chelsea as a Rising Star in General Litigation.

Educational Background

Ms. Silvia attended the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated cum laude, with a juris doctor degree in 2014. While in law school, Ms. Silvia interned at the Third District Court of Appeal for the Honorable Linda Ann Wells, where she gained first-hand knowledge into the appellate process and valuable experience in appellate practice.

Ms. Silvia is a member of The Florida Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
