Civil Litigation

Civil litigation is broadly defined as that between individuals and businesses, not involving family related matters or criminal matters. It is the law that governs the interactions between businesses and individuals, both with and without prior contractual relationships. Tort law generally regards the interactions between individuals who meet, by accident, including personal injury claims, products liability, and other forms of negligence in the conduct of business and personal affairs. While we do not generally practice in common personal injury and products liability cases, we certainly practice in the areas of business litigation and certain complex negligence based cases, including business torts.

Our experience in complex, and otherwise non-routine, litigation gives us a unique and valuable perspective in relation to civil litigation. Aside from decades of experience, we can share strategic insights into the effective and economic use of litigation in achieving business objectives.
