 The developer has recorded a statement indicating that the actual officially surveyed square footage of a B-1 Unit is only 1,885 square feet.  At the prices our clients contracted to pay for these units – between $450-$550 per square foot – this is a significant reduction.  Our calculation is that our clients are missing roughly $300,000 in square footage value for each B-1 Unit.  Our clients are suing for damages.
